After more than a decade, the city of Copenhagen still holds surprises for the global skate scene. Arto reports from the field.

Pontus has always been a creative, spot-hunting madman as this edit shows. He quit Cliché before the completion of their Bon Appétit vid and these clips were lost to the ages until now.

Taking inspiration from back in the day when you skated all over the city, Manhattan Days is a film composed by Pontus Alv featuring CONS and Polar riders Aaron Herrington, Kevin Rodrigues, David Stenström, Jerome Campbell, Dane Brady and Pontus himself.

Crusty, homegrown spots aren't new, and yet they're one of the most interesting and vibrant things going on in skating today. This essay and photofeature looks at the appeal of DIY skating. Long live 'crete!
