Sandro Dias first got eyes on this 20-story quarterpipe in the '80s, but it wasn’t until 2025 when Redbull was able to get the permits for him to give it a shot. We had to send our dudes Neck, Burndog, Frank and Rye to Porto Alegre so they could witness this world record go down.

On Saturday January 18, 2025, the infamous Vans Combi Pool in Orange, CA was opened for one last bash. End of an era? The icing on the cake? Yes and yes. Thank you, Steve Van Doren

A cross-generational gang of vert dogs brought their A game to the B Team Ramp. Kreiner, Wettstein, Perelson, Lasek and the other high flyers got tech way above the deck. Get up close to the moves scorching across the Gator Skins. 

This crew of vertical veterans and new blood ran the ramp through the wringer while the rain threatened to stop a good time. You already know Bucky Lasek and Andy Mac made it out, but you’ll have to check the photos to see what other legends showed up to support the scene.

This was the 15th and final Vans Pool Party at the Combi Bowl in Orange, CA, and it was fired the F UP! From the Legends to the Masters to the Pros, everybody put it on the line for this one. May the fourth be with you all. 

The Legends, Masters and Pros all descended upon the Combi Bowl for the 2018 Vans Pool Party, which coincided with Cinco de Mayo. The holiday vibe was definitely infectious and everybody got sick as F! How do these things just keep getting gnarlier?!

This year’s Pool Party was even more festive than usual as it fell on Cinco De Mayo, and the opening ceremony was kicked off with a traditional mariachi band cranking out tunes next to the bowl.

There’s nothing like the psychotic energy of a heated vert ramp session. The stoke keeps growing and feeding on itself until you get an amazing edit like this. Thanks to everyone involved here, because this Swedish event just keeps getting gnarlier!
